Tender Radio was born within the framework of the third edition of the Postnatural Independent Program. Bringing together artists and researchers from diverse backgrounds, interests, and practices across the world, the project gave rise to seven episodes that make up the first series of this podcast adventure. Conceived as a pedagogical journey, Tender Radio places radiophonic practices and the sonic at its core, exploring the oral potential of knowledge and the emotional dimensions of sharing within text-based academic structures.

From a conceptual standpoint, the first six episodes were guided by the complex and multifaceted idea of healing, as a hybrid force that combines both, the individual, and the collective. In a moment when we are faced with continuous wars and genocides, the word “healing” raises many questions about privilege, justice, interspecies coexistence, and planetary siblinghood. To launch this collective radiophonic project we had the honor and privilege of listening to a live session by Nicolas Jaar and Eli Wewentxu.
