Paisajes tulidos, Charcas tuertas is a radiophonic piece resulting from research into the relationship between crip theory and the landscape, using Spain’s Tablas de Daimiel National Park as the focal point of the study. This landscape is perceived in popular memory as a failed, exploited, and destroyed space — a wetland ecosystem without water. Through this practice, the project reclaims the site not as a transitional phase or with the expectation of a wetter future, but as a space complete in itself, much like disabled bodies. The piece has been selected for the residency derived from the workshop Lobos, Delfines y Zamioculcas, a research and interspecies sound art program in collaboration with the Institute for Postnatural Studies.
